Document Intake

Tell us what you need and we'll build it. Items 1–8 are the essentials; 9–14 are optional. The more you give us — especially location names tied to photos — the closer we get to a perfect first draft.

The basics — required
Pick first — this drives the whole build, including how it's branded.
Name + an official spec link, so every spec is accurate.
Embark & disembark.
Recipient name, how to address them, and who's sending it.
How soon you need it — no artificial deadlines.
Day, date, location name spelled exactly, route order. Activities can be assumed — just flag any specific to a location. Paste it here and/or attach a spreadsheet.
A Google Map with the stops pinned. (Raw GPS coordinates welcome too.)
Optional — these elevate it
Vessel inside + out, and shots from each stop. Name each file with its location (and day) so we place it right. For large batches, paste a Drive/WeTransfer link instead.
Commercial role + fee, rates + currency, and any comparison yachts (names + links).
A quote from the owner / captain / expedition leader, a bespoke note, or any hard deadline / meeting date.
e.g. atlantic.eyos.com — we'll publish to this.
